职位一 技术工程师
职责描述：
1. 产品检测，了解产品使用情况
2. 电话解答客户提出的技术问题
3. 根据客户要求到安装现场进行产品维修或者维护
4. 对全国客户及公司新员工进行产品培训和技术指导
职位要求：
1. 专科以上学历，自动化或者机械电子专业，3年相关行业工作经验优先考虑
2. 良好的英语听说读写能力，能用英语进行流利沟通
3. 熟练运用MS-office办公软件及CAD等画图文件
4. 适应经常出差的工作模式，积极乐观，性格开朗，具有团队合作精神

Job Description
1. Check the products, and get the using information about the goods.
2. Support marketing/business development on all technical matter, such as reply on phone about the technical problems from customers；Defects Analysis and solutions proposal
3. Follows start up of projects adopting NICE products
4. Make training and technical guidance for customers nationwide and new staff
Job requirements:
1. Junior college in automation, machinery or electronics expertise, 3 years related experience preferred.
2. Fluently communication in written and spoken English
3. Skilled use of MS-office software and other drawing file, such as Auto-CAD…ect
4. Adapt to the working mode of frequent travel , positive and optimistic, with team cooperation spirit
